Workshops
Our 3.6 acre site, with 20,000 sq ft of workshops, is divided into three for material segregation for stainless steel, exotics, carbon steel and pharmaceutical pipe-work. Pipe-work and associated steelwork is fabricated to customer specifications using ANSI, EN or British Standards. Our workshop services also cover the prefabrication of pipe-work from exotic metals such as aluminium, chrome-molybdenum, nickel, titanium, hastolloy and monel.
Our dedicated hygienic workshop for the fabrication of pharmaceutical pipe-work enables us to prefabricate clean piping systems such as WFI, clean steam, purified water, clean air and gases thus reducing our clients’ on-site man hours and, in turn, risks associated with lost time on site. All of these systems are manufactured to meet the requirements of ASME BPE.
We have major experience in providing our clients with modularised pipe-work solutions such as pre-assembled pipe-racks (PARs), pre-assembled units (PAUs), and specific skid units. These can be manufactured to client designs or we will provide dedicated constructability reviews to work within the client’s design team. Again the advantage to the client is reducing on-site man hours and therefore risks associated with lost time on site.
